Residents receiving care will remain within familiar surroundings, close to family and friends. This is particularly helpful for couples if one spouse requires a higher level of care.

You can also count on the highest standards at the Corwin Center, just as you would expect throughout Emerald Heights. Recognizing the importance of individualized care, we provide healthcare services that are customized based on each individual’s needs and lifestyle.

From a value standpoint, the Life Care concept assures that healthcare services are available to you at the current monthly rate of your Emerald Heights’ residence in independent living. When you join us as an independent living resident, if you need care, the only additional costs are for meals, personal care and other ancillary costs. This benefit allows you to live confidently today knowing you have a smart, proactive plan for future health care.

As residences become available and are open to the public, those who join our community directly at the Assisted Living level can experience the same level of care at the current market rate.
