Our assisted living community in Redmond offers personalized support within a welcoming, boutique-style setting: exclusively for residents who moved in under our Life Plan contract. With just 54 one-bedroom apartments, we provide intimate, attentive care that helps residents maintain independence and peace of mind. Our dedicated team assists with medication management, meals, and daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety every step of the way. Residents enjoy full access to Emerald Heights’ campus amenities, vibrant programs, and a close-knit community, making it easy to stay active, engaged, and at home.

Our brand-new FirView assisted living community, opened in Summer 2025, features private one-bedroom apartments designed to promote safety, dignity, and overall wellness.

Each space offers the comfort of home paired with the reassurance of 24-hour support just steps away.

At Emerald Heights, health and wellness are supported through 24-hour on-site caregivers and nursing, full medication management, and coordinated medical appointments and transportation. Residents benefit from on-campus outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy, along with visiting primary care providers and specialists.

Our life enrichment programming is thoughtfully designed around our holistic wellness philosophy, complemented by chef-prepared meals, weekly housekeeping, and on-site social services that provide education, support groups, and guidance throughout the aging journey.

Residents enjoy three delicious, chef-prepared meals each day, thoughtfully designed in coordination with our on-staff nutritionist to ensure they’re as nourishing as they are flavorful. From hearty breakfasts to satisfying dinners—and a variety of snacks in between—each bite is crafted with care to support health, energy, and enjoyment. It’s dining that feels indulgent, yet supports wellness every step of the way.
Our senior living wellness programs are designed to support all seven dimensions of wellness—intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, environmental, vocational, and emotional. We offer a wide variety of senior activities and enrichment opportunities that meet residents where they are, encouraging personal growth, social connection, and overall well-being. Assisted Living Pricing

Life Care Residents
Residents who join Emerald Heights under a Life Care contract and pay an entrance fee enjoy the benefit of a predictable, all-inclusive monthly service fee. This fee remains the same whether they are living independently or receiving assisted living services. A small additional charge is applied to cover meals.

Assisted Living provides a distinct combination of individualized care, familiar neighborhood surroundings and professional expertise. Residents are assured ongoing wellness evaluations and levels of living that address their specific needs. Licensed, compassionate team members assist with daily tasks as needed, and the many amenities and life-enriching activities are geared toward helping residents more easily enjoy what matters most to them.
It’s best to start with our nurse’s assessment. Depending on the circumstances of your situation, or that of your loved one, you can match needs to the right level of assistance. When help with daily tasks is needed — taking medications, bathing, dressing, meals, transportation and housekeeping — Assisted Living can be the answer. Trained professionals provide support while helping preserve an individual’s independence.
At Emerald Heights, we offer a continuum of care. In addition to Assisted Living, we provide Memory Care, Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing care. These levels of living provide round-the-clock care for individuals recovering from illness or injury, or those needing more long-term care or support.
