This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices and experiences of the people who call Emerald Heights home. Every other year, residents are invited to participate in Holleran’s Resident Engagement and Satisfaction Survey, providing valuable feedback that helps shape the future of our community. The 2026 survey results placed Emerald Heights among the nation’s highest-performing Life Plan Communities for resident engagement and satisfaction.
