In our Memory Care, exclusive to our current resident, we provide specialized, person-centered memory care in a comfortable setting with 16 private suites. Our team ensures each resident receives compassionate care tailored to their unique journey. We focus on fostering dignity, connection, and engagement while offering a range of supportive services. No direct admissions to Memory Care are available at this time.

Residents enjoy three delicious, chef-prepared meals each day, thoughtfully designed in coordination with our on-staff nutritionist to ensure they’re as nourishing as they are flavorful. From hearty breakfasts to satisfying dinners—and a variety of snacks in between—each bite is crafted with care to support health, energy, and enjoyment. It’s dining that feels indulgent, yet supports our residents’ dietary needs every step of the way.

From independent skill stations and volunteer roles to cooking classes, Saido Learning, sing-alongs, music therapy, and outdoor sensory garden experiences, our memory care program promotes stimulation, purpose, and connection every day.

Our community is just minutes away from several major hospitals and healthcare providers, ensuring quick access to high-quality medical care whenever needed. At Emerald Heights, residents who join our community under a Life Care contract enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing their monthly fee remains the same—even if they later require memory care. There are no additional monthly charges for care received in our memory support neighborhood, aside from a small meal fee.

Memory Care Frequently Asked Questions

We offer specialized memory support for residents experiencing cognitive decline or memory loss, including Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Our care is personalized, compassionate, and designed to promote dignity, comfort, and connection.

Our memory support neighborhood features private studio suites that residents can personalize to feel more like home. With a low resident-to-staff ratio and specially trained team members, we provide consistent, individualized care in a secure and nurturing environment.

Yes. Residents who join Emerald Heights under a Life Care contract receive memory care services at no additional monthly cost, aside from a small meal charge during transitions.

Residents on a Modified Contract (with initial admission to assisted living) pay an all-inclusive monthly rate for memory care, however we are currently not offering new admissions under the Modified Life Care contract.

We understand that memory loss affects the whole family. Our team offers ongoing communication, emotional support, and resources to help families navigate the journey with confidence and peace of mind.

Absolutely. We encourage prospective residents and their families to schedule a tour to experience the environment, meet our team, and ask questions in person.
