Emerald Heights Residents Making a Difference

Our residents’ Social Accountability Committee granted $305,000 this year to 15 local organizations, supporting meaningful community causes. Join a community where giving back is part of everyday living at Emerald Heights.

All Aboard: The Garden Railroad Committee

The Emerald Heights Garden Railroad Committee brings joy to residents and visitors alike by maintaining our beloved outdoor railroad. Committee members handle track upkeep, operate the trains, and even offer engineer training for fellow enthusiasts. It’s a fun and engaging way to connect with others while keeping this unique feature running smoothly.

Social Hour: Connecting Residents & Building Community

The Social Hour Committee hosts monthly gatherings to help new and current residents connect and foster friendships. They also organize beverage service for special events, including the New Year’s Eve Gala, enriching community life at Emerald Heights.
